Officially Adobe launches the application Fresco Drawing on iPads

Officially Adobe launches the application Fresco drawing on iPads
Last June, Adobe announced the name of its application for its project Gemini, which it unveiled last year, and the application of the drawing named Adobe Fresco, and this comes in line with the movement of Italian art renaissance. The company also indicated that its application would be dedicated primarily to the iPad campaign, after which, in August of this year, Adobe made available the pre-registration version

Today, it officially announced the availability of Adobe Fresco on all iPads

As expected, CreativeCloud subscribers will have faster access, and Fresco will be included in the “All Apps” plan, Photoshop plan and education plans only.

If not, there is an option to buy it separately for $ 9.99 per month with six months free if you sign up by December 31st. There is also a free version that Adobe says will offer a limited set of features, but will lose the ability to use some “professional tools”.

More specifically, the free version will not have a full set of drawing brushes, but only a limited set in each category.

Users will also be able to export the work with iPad accuracy, not with the high resolution required for printing and other applications.

“Any new Fresco features will only be available to paid subscribers,” Adobe said.

However, Adobe Fresco has a range of features for painters, designers and for all levels.

This includes the ability to use both vector brushes and raster fonts and export the work to Adobe desktop applications.

However, the highlight of the Fresco app is the “live brushes”, which will give users tools based on artificial intelligence by offering realistic oil paintings and watercolors.

Finally, for now, Adobe Fresco is only available on iPads, and the user will need iOS 12.4 and later to work.

It will work on all models of iPad Pro, iPad Air 3G or 5th and 6th generation, or on iPad mini 5th generation.

The company also plans to introduce the app to more devices and platforms such as Microsoft Surface and Wacom Mobile Studio Pro in the future, with no timetable on the subject.
