Apple said it has officially decided to start manufacturing Mac Pro in Austin, Texas, for the first time since 2013 when it made the latest device, in a move contrary to the company's current strategy to manufacture parts of this device in China as with the rest of the Hardware.
But it appears that the decision to raise taxes on products imported from China has contributed to changing the place of manufacture of the devices and turn it to Texas.
The move is not very strange at the moment, as the company's president Tim Cook has said the possibility of re-manufacturing to the United States previously.
As with other US companies, it relies on China for the manufacture of hardware, but with the rise in taxes on Chinese products Apple has been hit hard by the large number of devices that make and sell there, but the case is different with the Mac Pro, which comes at a high price of up to 6,000 $ At the very least will therefore be bought by a few users, which means there is no significant impact in raising the price or making profits compared to the iPhone and iPad.
The company is expected to continue manufacturing MacBook Pro in the United States if the new tax law continues further.
